HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Windows Vista is right around the corner, and the press is heating up – it’s full of flaws! No one wants it! A hacker is selling a way to exploit it for $50,000! Keep some perspective as you read the massive overcoverage that’s heading our way – it’s not that good, it’s not that bad, and the media coverage will have very little to do with anything that makes a difference to you. (Oh, and for grins, notice how many of the stories about hackers and flaws come from security companies that – by coincidence! – have products to sell to make y’all more secure.)
